This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Easy Tiger Rentals (“Host”) and the Guest (“You”) upon booking a property listed on our website.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • A confirmation email with property details will be sent immediately after booking.
By booking and checking the agreement box, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
  1. Damages – Guests are responsible for any and all damages caused during the stay by themselves or anyone in the home. Guests agree to cover all repair or replacement costs and any legal or collection fees required to recover such damages.
  2. Check-Out – Guests must vacate the property by the check-out date and time listed in the reservation. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal and charges for additional costs or losses.
  3. Occupancy – Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed.
  4. Use of Property – No parties, large gatherings, commercial use, or illegal activities are permitted. The property is for residential use only.
  5. Pets & Smoking – Unless specifically allowed in the listing, no pets and no smoking are permitted on the property.
  6. Condition of Property – Guests agree to maintain the property in a clean and safe condition. Trash must be disposed of properly and the property left in good order at checkout.
  7. Liability & Insurance – Guests agree to hold the property owner and manager harmless for any personal injury, accidents, illness, theft, or loss of personal belongings during the stay. Guests acknowledge that the owner’s insurance does not cover guest-caused damages or personal belongings. Guests are fully responsible for all damages they cause and are encouraged to secure their own travel insurance.
  8. Enforcement – The owner or property manager has the right to remove guests who violate these rules, with no refund, and guests will be responsible for any costs incurred.
  9. Legal & Costs – Guests agree to reimburse the owner/manager for any legal fees, collection costs, or damages resulting from a violation of this agreement.

2. Payment & Fees

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • A 13% lodging tax is applied to all bookings.
  • Security deposit may be held depending on the property and stay duration.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must treat the property with care and respect.
  • Noise levels should be kept reasonable. No parties or events unless pre-approved.
  • You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay. Charges may be made to the card on file.

6. Occupancy Limits

  • Each listing includes a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this may result in cancellation without refund.

7. No Smoking / Pets

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties.
  • Pet policy varies per listing; please review individual listing rules before bringing pets.

8. Liability Waiver

  • The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking a rental through our platform, you agree to all terms listed in this Agreement.
